How to work with me

Mindfulness Coaching

It’s so much easier to learn new skills and instill new habits with some support and accountability, so if you are unable to attend one of the group courses then mindfulness coaching may be for you. 

Ongoing or single sessions

Working with me online one-to-one via zoom or phone, you’ll have:

  • Expert meditation training
  • Access to all the valuable hints and tips I have gained from my practice
  • Sessions that have been adapted to meet your individual needs
  • A safe space to inquire into your practice and explore themes in your life
  • Instant answers to your questions as your practice develops
Short course - Introduction to mindfulness
  • A four-session introductory mindfulness course, providing you with a tool-box of techniques you can use in daily life 
Mindfulness course (MBSR/MBCT)
  • A full eight-session mindfulness course, covering the themes and practices you would learn in the group programs. The Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course is a gold standard course which is taught globally and is suitable if you are suffering from stress, sleep problems, anxiety, etc whereas the Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy course is more suitable for you if you are suffering from low mood as it is was developed to prevent recurring depression.

I take a particular interest in workplace mindfulness training. At an individual level; developing greater well-being, resilience, performance and relationships – and at an organisational level; contributing to positive change in workplace culture.
