Mindfulness Coaching

It’s so much easier to learn new skills and instil new habits with some support and accountability, so if you are unable to attend one of the group courses then mindfulness coaching may be for you. 

Working with me on a  one-to-one basis via zoom or phone, you’ll have:

  • Sessions that have been adapted to meet your individual needs
  • A safe space to inquire into your practice and explore themes in your life
  • Instant answers to your questions as your practice develops
  • Training from a practitioner who walks the talk who has been practising mindfulness for over 15 years
  • Access to all the valuable hints and tips I have gained from my practice as well as my knowledge of mindfulness and the mind/body connection which has been developed over the last 30 years


  • Individual rolling mindfulness coaching sessions (different time options available including 30, 50 and 90-minute sessions) 

  • A full eight-week mindfulness coaching programme, covering everything you would learn on the gold standard MBSR course which is taught globally and has a thorough evidence base with over 200 studies showing its benefits for stress alone

  • A more structured introduction to mindfulness including a four-week introductory mindfulness course which provides you with a tool-box of techniques you can use in daily life

Here’s how to work with me:

  • Book an initial 30-minute session to work out if mindfulness is the right approach for you at this time and to see if we are a good fit

  • Sessions are generally one to one and are usually held on Zoom and face to face sessions in North West London are a possibility by prior arrangement (Queens Park, Kensal Rise, Maida Vale, Willesden, Hampstead, Notting Hill) also in local outdoor spaces like parks or a blended mix of face to face and online which tends to work well

  • Sessions are generally booked in blocks of 4 or 8 with discounts offered for block bookings. This ensures that you keep a regular time which fits with your other priorities with payments due before the session starts

  • Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice

  • I am fully insured (Public Liability and Professional Indemnity) and have enhanced DBS which is on the update system
